Job Description

Based at our headquarters in Barcelona, ​​as Area Manager Spain, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of a new territory in the Iberian Peninsula. You will lead and manage a network of approximately 10 stores, potentially including a key Spanish city (e.g., Madrid, Barcelona, ​​Alicante, Vigo, Bilbao, etc.).

Reporting to the Sales Director for Southern Europe, you will drive the commercial performance of your region, while also serving as the liaison between the headquarters support teams and your field teams in the stores.

As a key player in the development of the brand in Spain and Europe, you will also be required to collaborate with your peers in other territories (Belgium, the Netherlands and Italy in particular).

Your challenges will revolve around the following areas:

1. Business Development and Performance

Analyze and manage the performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) of your region to boost sales within your area.

Implement, develop, and monitor personalized and localized action plans for your region to achieve sales objectives.

Manage the various sales levers and challenges within your area.

Conduct regular competitive intelligence within your area.

Ensure adherence to our quality and customer experience standards, fostering customer relationship expertise.

2. Team Management and Leadership

Recruit, onboard, train, and coach the teams in your region.

Lead your teams by defining objectives, evaluating performance, and collaboratively developing strategies using clear and accessible methods.

Master various management practices and coaching techniques, with the goal of developing your employees' skills through close support.

Work closely with your HR Business Partner to address all HR-related topics relevant to the region.

Identify best practices and implement them within your area of ​​responsibility, while also sharing them with your Regional Director counterparts.

3. Operational, Administrative, and Organizational Management

Ensure the implementation of internal and legal procedures.

Disseminate and enforce various sales procedures while ensuring that stores comply with merchandising standards.

Manage priorities, organize store visits, and effectively monitor your teams remotely.

Oversee store openings and renovations in conjunction with support teams.

Maintain and promote a constant connection between field teams and headquarters through regular reporting of news and challenges encountered.

Qualifications

You must be fluent in both French and Spanish.

You have at least 4 years of significant experience as an Area Manager or equivalent in the retail sector, managing at least ten stores.

You are proficient in performance indicators and know how to use them to grow sales and continuously improve the customer experience, thanks to your strong sales acumen.

You are known for your natural leadership, excellent communication skills, and ability to motivate and support your teams with high standards, empathy, and a close, supportive approach.

Structured, organized, adaptable, and proactive, you know how to prioritize, manage unforeseen events, and demonstrate agility.
